In the Agency template section, you can create your own email templates and your own elements for your account users. This gives you the option of storing templates and elements in your company's CI, to which your branches, customers or departments have access.
Also standard templates and elements from CleverReach are also available, but can also be shown or hidden for individual customers/branches/departments. Departments can be shown or hidden (premium function)
In the subaccount, you can find the stored templates via the menu item E-mails > Templates.
