We have developed an app for the connection between your Shopware 6 store and CleverReach. The plugin offers a variety of useful features, for example you can insert a double-opt-in form with a few clicks into your Shopware shop and get new recipients for your newsletters very easily.
During the initial synchronization, a default form will be automatically created for you and linked to your synchronization Shopware list. Other forms can also be created by going to the CleverReach administration panel.
Step 1: First of all, you need to navigate to the [Shopping experiences] page. To get there you have two options:
1st option: Open your CleverReach plugin and go to the [Forms] tab:
Click on the [...] button and select [Add form] from the menu:
Navigate to [Content] and click on [Shopping Experiences]:
Step 2: Choose a page where you want to add your CleverReach form and click on the [+] button on the right side:
Step 3: Click on the [Block category] and choose the block category [Form]:
Step 4: Drag and drop the CleverReach form to the place on your page where you want to add the form:
Step 5: In the next step click on the Settings button:
Step 6: Choose the CleverReach form you would like to insert from the drop-down menu and click on the [Done] button:
Step 7: Now you need to click on [Save]:
Step 8: After saving the shop page, go back to the storefront. Now you will see the CleverReach form on your page:
Your form is already inserted in the desired place and you can attract new DSGVO-compliant newsletter registrations.
Inserting further forms in Shopware
You can create further forms in CleverReach and also insert them on your shop pages so that you can gain new newsletter subscribers on all your shop pages. There are two ways to do this.
Option 1: Copy your existing Shopware form into CleverReach. To do this, open the form overview via the menu item [Forms]. You can copy the existing form via the selection menu.
As a second option, you can create a new form in the menu item [Forms] via the button at the top right. It is important that you also link the new form to your Shopware recipient list so that your new newsletter recipients end up directly in your Shopware list.
After you have created the form, you can add it to your Shopware page as described above.
