How can I send an email to customers who have been imported?

If you have imported addresses with an interface or manually, create a THEA campaign and activate it.

The structure could look as follows:

  1. The start blocks are two calendar blocks. In our example, these are triggered daily at 12:00 and 22:00.

  2. The second module load recipient group defines the recipient list for which this automation chain is to apply.

  3. The following if/then function (blue block) should contain these settings:

  4. The send e-mail module stands for the e-mail that you still have to create or a mailing that you have previously saved.

  5. Finally, set the change data module and enter the TAG "received".
    You also need this TAG for the blue module (step 3) so that the mailing is not sent twice a day.
