Before you start, please install our plugin for the connection between Shopify and CleverReach.
Once you have installed and synchronized the app for the first time, a recipient list and a form for your Shopify users will be automatically created in CleverReach. You can integrate a form into your shop through the Theme Editor, as a proxy page and the form can be integrated into pages. Of course, you can create additional forms for your Shopify list in CleverReach and integrate them into your Shopify shop. You can find more information here.
One way to insert a CleverReach® form is to copy the form link page and paste it manually into the navigation (or other page content).
To do so, please go to the CleverReach Dashboard in Shopify and to the Forms tab. Select the form you would like to insert. In the next step, click on the icon with the three dots ("...") for more options and then click on "Add page" in the drop-down menu:
In the dialog that opens you will see a link that should be added to any page content or navigation. Click on the "Copy" button to copy this link to the clipboard.
Important note: If you change the proxy URL under the application section, please use a customized base proxy URL for the form link.
For example, if you want to add a newsletter page for navigation, click Online Store > Navigation and select the desired menu.
In the next step, click the Add button (Add menu item).
Enter the desired menu item name and insert the form link into the link field.
After saving the changes, the registration form is displayed in Shopify.
Your form is already integrated on the desired page and your customers can register directly for your newsletter.
