Agency solution from CleverReach - overview and functions

The CleverReach agency solution is specially designed to meet the needs of agencies and larger companies.

It combines features that optimize customer management in e-mail marketing - from the simple administration of separate accounts to flexible billing models.

The multi-account solution/agency solution is available as a free and a paid premium version, each with its own scope of services. The only requirement to be able to use the multi-account solution is a CleverReach account.

Note: Please note that the multi-account solution is intended exclusively is intended exclusively for agencies and larger companies and will therefore be check is carried out.

  1. Customer/user management (also available in the free version)

    You have the option to create and manage any number of accounts for customers, branches or departments and manage them. With the help of search and filter options you can search for specific accounts.
    Click on the Agency item in the menu on the left to access the administration overview:

  2. Monitoring (also available in the free version)

    The monitoring area gives you a quick overview of your subaccounts or customers and shows you all shipments and activities. You can also see here which account has how many recipients.

  3. Agency Support (only available in the Premium version)

    As a premium agency or multi-account, you have the option of using our use our telephone support. This means that you can tell us your technical questions and concerns by phone by calling our Premium Support. Premium Support. You are also welcome to send us an e-mail at any time to support@cleverreach.com. As a free agency, you can only use the written support.

  4. Operation under own domain (only available in the Premium version)

    You can store your own main URL in the account area. All created customers can easily access your account via this URL. This URL is also the default URL for tracking links.

  5. Own branding (white label) (only available in the Premium version)

    Name

    You can use our email marketing tool as a white label solution and enter an individual name, for example that of your company, your agency or a department. You can customize the name under the General tab.  This name then appears in various places in the system, including in the browser tab.

    You can also store the sender information for emails that the system sends automatically (e.g. invoices, password resets, etc.).
    Click Save each time you make a change to save it.

    Logo

    Under the Design tab, you can customize your system logo and your logo for login & emails. After uploading, click Save.

    Imprint

  6. CleverReach integrations and support/FAQ (only available in the Premium version)

    Under the General tab, you can select below whether your customers can access all CleverReach integrations and help/FAQs. If you want to market our system under your own name and use it as a whitelabel solution, you should restrict access, as the name "CleverReach" is mentioned in some interface descriptions and in the help center.


  7. Activation of functions for own customers (only available in the Premium version)

    In the Features tab, you can specify which functions should be available for your customers. These settings apply to all subaccounts.
    You can activate or deactivate them by clicking on the slider to the left of the function.
