Agency solution from CleverReach - payment options & commission

With our flexible invoice models, you have the opportunity to customize your commission. Whether you handle the invoices yourself or have us do it for you - we offer you maximum flexibility.

Choose between these invoice options:

The customer pays themselves (billing by CleverReach)

The entire invoice process takes place between the customer and CleverReach. We take care of all invoicing and payment processing for you.

You receive a commission for all payments made by your customers. You or your customer can book a plan independently in the respective account.

I accept invoices (all invoices are on you)

Invoicing takes place between you or your agency account and CleverReach. Please enter your payment information in your agency account before you or your customer books a plan for the respective account. Only your payment details will be used for this payment method.

You will not receive a monthly commission from us. Instead, we will charge you all prices minus an agency account discount in the same amount as the commission that would otherwise be due (in the Free variant, this is 20%).

Important: If this option is selected, we will charge you for all of your customer's transactions. To restrict transactions, you can create a user with restricted rights for your customer. 

Submit contingent

You also have the option of booking a one-off flex quota as the main account. You can pass this quota on to your subaccounts.
You can find this option under the Invoicing tab. There you will find a button Send quota which you can use to send e-mails to the flex subaccount.
You can set the respective billing method individually for your customers by clicking on the respective customer under Agency customers and selecting the Invoice tab.


Both invoiemethods are possible in the Free and Premium versions of our agency solution. With the Premium version, you have further options in terms of invoice and commission:

Commission (premium)

Call up the commission settings under Agency > Premium Settings > Commission.


You receive a commission from self-paying customers. You can set the amount yourself with the premium version of our email marketing white label solution. As standard, you receive 20% commission. If you change the percentage amount, your commission will also change. If you set a commission lower than 20%, for example, your customers will benefit from this in the form of a discount.

Please note that this will also change the invoice amount for the respective customer. For example, if you only select a commission of 10 %, your customers will receive a 10 % discount on the rates. If you choose a commission higher than 20%, your customer will be charged this. This function is only available in the Premium version.

Payment of the commission

So that we can pay you the commission, simply enter your bank details or PayPal account in the Agency - invoicing > Payout information.


The commission payment is made in the middle of the following month, provided that a commission amount of at least EUR 15.00 (plus VAT) has been received.
