In addition to our monthly plans (Basic, Pro and Enterprise), we also offer our Flex option, which is particularly suitable for less frequent newsletter distribution.
With the Flex plan, you can book pay as you go email credits or a monthly subscription.

Flex option (pay as you go)
With the One-time option, you book a fixed quota of emails that can be used up bit by bit - whenever you like.
It is particularly worthwhile if you only send a few emails or very irregularly, for example only every 2 months.
Example: You book a fixed quota, for example 5,000 emails. If you now write to a recipient list with 1,500 active recipients, you still have 3,500 emails left in your quota.
The booked quota or the remaining emails will remain in your account for an unlimited period, so that you can still use this quota at any time later;
Flex subscription (monthly)
The Flex subscription rate is a mixture of Pro and Flex. It is aimed at senders who only want to write to a certain proportion of their active recipients each month.
This plan restarts every month - you pay the price for the subscription again and receive your booked mailing volume. Mails left over from the previous month do not expire on the cut-off date. Only when the plan is canceled the unused quotas expire.
Example: You have 10,000 active recipients in your account. However, you only write to 900 of these recipients every month. In this case, the Flex subscription rate is the cheapest option for you;
If - for example - you book the monthly subscription with 1000 Flex mails, you will receive 1000 Flex-Mails every month. You can now send 1,000 emails, for example one email to 1000 recipients or 2 emails to 500 recipients etc.
The Flex subscription can be canceled at any time at the end of the respective period (30 days).
