My account is locked - what can I do?

Please check the following things in advance: 

  1. Go to [My Account] - [Settings] - [My Data] and chek if you have entered all your data correctly. After filling out or correcting the form, it can take up to 24 hours until the account is completely approved.
  2. Go to [My Account] - [Billing] - [Invoices] and check if there's an unpaid invoice. Click on the red [Pay] button to settle an open invoice.

  3. Go to [My Account] and check your current price plan. Perhaps, your number of recipients has increased and you have exceeded the limits of your price plan. In that case, please upgrade your price plan.
