A brand asset is an element that makes your brand unique and unmistakable. Such elements ensure that customers recognize your company and your brand at a glance and, in the best case, even build an emotional bond.
As a new customer, you can take advantage of our onboarding you can enter your website and thus migrate your design to CleverReach and customize it in the account settings.
As an existing customer, you can also store your brand design in your settings.
How to find your brand design settings:
- Get and adjust design settings in the account settings
- Use your own design template in the newsletter editor
Retrieve and adjust design settings in the account settings
- Log in to your CleverReach account and click on the top right on the Profile icon > My designs.
- Choose whether you want to create a design individually or generate it automatically from a URL (if you specified a URL in you have specified a URL in onboarding, there is already a design suggestion here).
- No matter which option you choose, in the next step you are in the Design settings.
Here you have a Preview on the left, which updates automatically updated when changes are made. You can also change the Logo and view your brand colors.
- Click on top right on Save as own template (to save it in the Newsletter Editor when creating an email) or click Save to update the design in the overview.
Use your own design template in the newsletter editor
- Click on the menu item E-mails on the left and click on Create new email.
- In step 2 of the creation process, you will now see the template based on your design settings, under the tab My own templates tab. Click on the button Select.

The newsletter editor will now display elements tailored to your brand will be displayed:
Under Design > Theming Presets you will find your design template under the Brand item. Edit your email as usual in our editor and then click on Next to send it.
