If a payment fails or the payment reminder doesn’t reach you please check your payment options first. To pay an open invoice click on [My Account] > [Billing] > [Invoices]. By clicking [Pay] you can pay your invoice.
If you have selected SEPA or payment by credit card your payment will be transferred automatically.
- If you switch to SEPA retroactively you must notify us of that change.
- In case of a charge back the fee incl. all additional charges must always be transferred.
