The customer number and the account number are identical. Should you be asked for this number when you issue a support request you can find it in different places:
- The email with login info we sent you contains the number.
- You might also be required to enter it when logging into the account.
- If you use our login link you will see it in the domain.
- Within your account under [My Account].
- In your account within your profile menu (grey profile icon at the bottom left).
