Adapting and adding the legal notice (imprint)

The imprint is used in mailings to confirm the identity of the sender and increase transparency.
This is how you can add and edit an imprint with us:

  1. Log in to your account and click on the profile icon in the top right-hand corner. Click on My account > Settings > Email Legal Notice.

  2. Click on Add legal notice.

  3. A pop-up window will appear in which you can fill in the specified fields. The fields shown here are mandatory.
  4. In the CleverReach templates, the imprint information is automatically displayed when the template is loaded. You can also leave the Legal section completely blank and enter your own information in the Additional info free text field.
