With the Eventbrite integration you can add your event data to your emails with one click and send them to your customers. New customers that register through Eventbrite can be added to a recipient group in CleverReach automatically. Within the reports section you will get an overview of the number of sold tickets and the sales volume.
Creating the connection
In your CleverReach account go to [My Account] > [Extras] > [Integrations] to establish the connection. Here you will find the integration to Eventbrite.
To activate the integration you need to enter the API key of your Eventbrite account. Click on Account in your Eventbrite main menu to do this.
In the menu (on the left) you will now find the API key.
After successful activation you can add your event data to an email with a click to send it to your customers. New customers that register through Eventbrite can automatically be imported to a recipient group within your CleverReach Account.
Create a new newsletter and select any available template. Then select the Eventbrite module from the dynamic elements. After selecting an event you can choose any desired format. CleverReach will then include the event in the newsletter.
In your report you will get an overview of the number of tickets sold and the sales volume. Please note that the data is only updated approximately every 6 hours. It may take a while after distribution until the numbers are available in your report.
