After distribution you can check how often your emails have been opened or not opened. Non-opens often are a result of one of the following:
- The recipients received the email and opened it, but the images were not loaded or the email client suppresses these images.
- The recipients received the email but didn’t open it.
- The email was delivered but immediately deleted by the recipient.
- The email was sent but not delivered due through internal filter rules of the receiving mailserver.
