CleverReach plans - Overview

CleverReach offers a variety of plans to meet the different needs of companies and individuals.
Whether you are just starting out with email marketing or already running extensive campaigns, CleverReach has the right plan for you:

The plans are divided into four categories:

• Lite plan - The entry-level plan
• Basic plan - for growing companies
• Pro plan - professional e-mail marketing
• Enterprise plan - for large teams and agencies

Each plan offers different functions and is designed for a specific target group:

Lite plan – The entry-level plan

• Free of charge: The lite plan is perfect for anyone who wants to test CleverReach first.
• Up to 250 recipients: Ideal for sending newsletters to friends, family or customers.
• Up to 1.000 emails per month: Sufficient for your first steps in email marketing.
• Limited range of functions: Basic functions for creating and sending newsletters are included.

Basic plan - For growing companies

• Flexible: Small plan levels that can be adapted to your individual needs.
• 500 - 5.000 recipients: Sufficient for smaller companies with a growing customer base.
• Up to 4x contacting per month: You can contact each recipient up to four times a month.
• Basic functions: All the basic functions for successful functions for successful email marketing are included.

Pro plan - Professional email marketing

• Comprehensive: All premium features for professional email marketing campaigns.
• 500 - 150.000 recipients: Ideal for companies that regularly send newsletters.
• Unlimited email quota: Send as many emails as you like.
• Free month: Test all functions for one month free of charge.

Enterprise plan - For large teams and agencies

• Scalable: Unlimited number of recipients for large shipping volumes.
• 300,000 - 7.000.000 e-mail quota: flexible e-mail dispatch
• Powerful: All premium functions included.
• Flexible: Unused e-mail quota does not expire*

Frequently asked questions

• Choosing the right plan depends on various factors, such as for example:

  • Number of recipients: How many emails do you want to send? How many emails do you want to send?
  • Frequency of sending: How often do you want to send newsletters?
  • Required functions: Which functions are important to you functions are important to you (e.g. automation, A/B tests)?
  • Budget: How much would you like to spend on your you want to spend on your email marketing?
• Yes! You will receive an e-mail two days before the next billing date. In addition you will be notified of the plan increase in your account.
• If you add recipients and the number exceeds the maximum number of recipients of your current plan is exceeded, you will first receive a message in your account that a rate increase is necessary. Only when you want to send an e-mail, you will have to switch to the next higher plan when you approve it. In this case, you only have to pay the pro rata difference to your previous rate. If you do not change your plan within your current billing month, your plan will automatically be adjusted at the next billing date. You will of course be informed of this by e-mail two days before the billing date.
  
  Example: You manage 4,500 active recipients in your account and pay 55.00 euros / month. Now you add another 1,000 recipients and manage a total of 5,500 active recipients. The cost of the appropriate plan would now be 75.00 euros / month. So if you want to start a shipment in your current billing month, then you only pay the pro rata difference to the new only the pro rata difference to the new plan (in relation to the current term, of course). If you do not start a shipment in your current billing month, you will only be charged the new rate (75.00 euros / month) at the beginning of your next billing month. This is an example calculation.
  
  Important notes:
  The automatic plan increase does not apply to the Lite plan! There is no automatic downgrade to the suitably smaller plan if your number of recipients is reduced.
  You can cancel your plan for the next term at any time in the plan management.
