Legal information in your emails

We recommend to include the following information in every email you distribute:

  1. The name and address of your company including information on the form of your company. You should also include information on your company’s representatives as well as company funds and any pending deposits.
  2. Information on how to contact you quickly including a contact email address.
  3. In case your products or services require approval by a public authority the respective authority should be named.
  4. Commercial register, register of associations, partner registry, cooperative registry, if you are a member – including your number.
