Automatic synchronization of the blocklist before recipient import

CleverReach has a blocklist feature that blocks unwanted or problematic recipients in various integrations even before you import recipient lists to CleverReach.
We explain the general advantages of blocklist filtering and how it works in our CleverReach environment in the article Blocklist - overview and use.

All e-mail addresses that are entered on the blocklist are automatically ignored for imports and mailings.

Note: For all store systems, the blocklist configuration can already be set during the initial synchronization between CleverReach and the system. n. 

How to set up the blocklist feature in the following store systems retrospectively:

    1. Log in to your Shopify account.

    2. Click on the CleverReach app in the menu on the left (or install it in the App Store).

    3. Select the Settings tab and scroll down to Configure email filter.

    4. With the Static filter type, you can enter individual e-mail addresses:

    5. With the filter type Wildcard you can exclude email addresses from an entire domain for synchronization:
    1. Log in to your Adobe Commerce (Magento) account.
    2. Click on the CleverReach app in the menu on the left (or install it beforehand via the Find Partners & Extensions menu item).

    3. Select the Settings tab and scroll down to Configure email blocklist filter.

    4. With the Static filter type, you can enter individual e-mail addresses:

    5. With the filter type Wildcard, you can exclude email addresses from an entire domain for synchronization:
    1. Log in to your Shopware account.
    2. Click on Extensions > My extensions in the menu on the left (or install them in the Store).

    3.  Click on the three dots ••• next to the CleverReach extension. Select Open extension.

    4. Select the Settings tab and scroll down to Configure email filter.

    5. With the Static filter type, you can enter individual e-mail addresses:

    6. With the filter type Placeholder, you can exclude email addresses from an entire domain for synchronization:

      1. Log in to your WooCommerce account.

      2. Click on WooCommerce > CleverReach in the menu on the left or click on WooCommerce > Extensions if you want to install the CleverReach connection.
      3. Select the Settings tab and scroll down to Configure email filter.

      4. With the Static filter type, you can enter individual e-mail addresses:

      5. With the filter type Wildcard, you can exclude email addresses from an entire domain for synchronization:
      6. Finally, click on Force synchronization to add email addresses to the blocklist without importing them to CleverReach.
