Installation ZohoCRM Integration

The CleverReach® Zoho Integration application offers the synchronization of your Zoho data (contacts, accounts and leads) with your CleverReach® subscription groups.

Installation

For the CleverReach® Zoho application there are no prerequisites, just visit:
https://zoho.cleverreach.com/?client_id=[CLIENT_ID]

[CLIENT_ID] is your CleverReach® customer ID


First use wizard

When you open the module for the first time, the configuration wizard will appear. As long as you are in the Wizard mode, only configured steps are enabled. You cannot go on to the next step tab before you haven’t configured the current step. All step tabs are marked with numbers.

First step: Configurations

Connect with your CleverReach® account by clicking on “Connect”. The same applies to Zoho.

Connection to Zoho

Step 1: Click on the “Connect” button.
Step 2: A login popup will appear, please enter your credentials and authorize.

Step 3: You are redirected to the CleverReach® Configuration page.
Step 4: Status is changed to Connected
Step 5: The “Reset” button should be displayed. By clicking on “Reset”, the configuration will be set to the default values and the wizard mode is turned on.


Connection to CleverReach®

Step 1: Click on “Connect”.
Step 2: A login popup will appear, please enter your credentials and click on the “Authorize” button.

Step 3: You are redirected to the CleverReach® Configuration page.
Step 4: System changes status to Connected and “Next” button is enabled.
Step 5: The “Reset” button should be displayed. By clicking on “Reset”, the configuration will be set to the default values and the wizard mode is turned on.

On this page, you can enable or disable double-opt-in, if you want double-opt-in emails to be sent to your recipients. You can also enable or disable the debug mode which allows the module to log all user actions.

By clicking on the “Next” button, you can navigate to the second step in the module setup process.


Second step: Customer Groups

At this stage, you map your Zoho contacts, accounts and leads to existing CleverReach® subscriber lists, and choose an opt-in form to send as a subscription confirmation email, if necessary.

If the “None” option is selected for your CleverReach® subscriber list, the Zoho data will neither be mapped nor imported to CleverReach®.

Go back to the first step by clicking on the “Previous” button, and move on to the next step by clicking on “Next”.


Third step: Import

In the last step, you can import customers by clicking on “Start import”.

Completing the import, all configuration parameters are being set and Zoho entities are imported to selected CleverReach® subscriber list.

Please note that import runs in background. Progress bar will indicate current progress of the import and it is automatically updated. User can refresh the page without affecting import process.


Changing configurations

After the initial configuration setup, you can change any configuration parameters in the tab mode and each tab is accessible independently.

Configuration

In the Configurations tab, you can:

  • change selected values for the debug mode - disable and enable the debug mode
  • reset all configuration by clicking on the “Reset” button – the configuration will be set to the default values and the wizard mode is turned on.

Customer Groups

In the Mappings tab, you can change mappings and the opt-in form for each mapping.

Import

In the Import tab, you can import customers to CleverReach®.
