Using Content Generator AI in CleverReach - General operation

The Content Creator uses AI technology to create your texts and can convert commands into text suggestions. This function is only available in our New Editor

Write a subject for your newsletter with our Content Generator AI

  1. Open the campaign settings of your newsletter and click on the turquoise AI symbol to the right of the subject or preheader line.

  2. Describe the type of subject you want to generate in the following pop-up window.

  3. Describe below in the text line what type of text you would like to generate and click on the paper airplane symbol or use the Enter key.

  4. You will now receive several suggestions - click on the one you like best.

  5. The subject is entered automatically. You can still customise and refine the subject manually.
    Please note: A subject that has already been entered will be replaced by the selected subject.

Note: A text that has already been entered is replaced by the generated text.

You will find the turquoise AI symbol at the bottom right of each text box - click on it.

Example:

  1. Describe the type of text you want to generate in the following pop-up window.

    In this example, we have entered the sentence Write a call-to-action text for a newsletter to promote a cycling class at the bottom of the text line and received the following text suggestion:

  2. As soon as you are happy with the suggested text, click on Apply text. The text is automatically inserted into your mailing and can still be formatted and edited there.
